Thank you for shopping with Shuddhveda. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, if you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility Conditions

You may request a refund under these conditions:

1. Unopened or Unused Product

  • Full refund if the packaging is damaged and the product is unopened and unused.
  • Or if the product is unused and customer is dissatisfied.

2. Lightly Used Product

  • Full refund if the product is used less than 10% and you are dissatisfied.

3. Time Limit

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Requests beyond 15 days will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Products used beyond 10%
  • Products damaged by the customer
  • Orders without supporting delivery proof
  • Missing order or invoice details

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide:
    • Order ID / Invoice
    • Photo of product and packaging
    • Reason for refund
    • Proof of purchase
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

Refund Approval

If approved:

  • Full refund (as described above) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless refund is due to seller error (damaged product not caused by customer).
